Review the consistency of the quality plan and execution drawings as submitted by the contractor(s) and approved by the Project Owner
Propose any needed amendment in order to meet the specified quality requirements.

Check compliance of site works with execution drawings, project specifications and approved materials

Foundations
Framework intended to support permanent, climatic, live loads and seismic loads and convey them to the foundations
Main walls, roofs, windows and doors providing
Fixed partitions and connections
Fire & Electrical Installation:
Electrical installations
Fire safety system installations
Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning installations
Plumbing systems
Mechanical installations
Welding Inspections
Finishing Works:
Floor coverings
Insulation and waterproofing
Fixed and suspended ceilings
Carpentry works
Aluminium and stainless steel works
Wall finishes
Protective coatings, painting and preservatives
Handrails and balustrades
Through examination of testing and/or inspection reports, verify the quality of building materials, prefabricated components and their origin according to the given specifications
Identify non-conformance or non-completed items and notify the contractors/suppliers concerned for corrective and preventive actions
Check that the above-mentioned actions are effectively implemented
Participate to the work acceptance at the different construction phases and assist the Project Owner in the final acceptance
