  • Electrical installations
  • Fire safety system installations
  • Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning installations
  • Plumbing systems
  • Mechanical installations
  • Welding Inspections

Finishing Works:

  • Floor coverings
  • Insulation and waterproofing
  • Fixed and suspended ceilings
  • Carpentry works
  • Aluminium and stainless steel works
  • Wall finishes
  • Protective coatings, painting and preservatives
  • Handrails and balustrades
  • Through examination of testing and/or inspection reports, verify the quality of building materials, prefabricated components and their origin according to the given specifications
  • Identify non-conformance or non-completed items and notify the contractors/suppliers concerned for corrective and preventive actions
  • Check that the above-mentioned actions are effectively implemented
  • Participate to the work acceptance at the different construction phases and assist the Project Owner in the final acceptance
